Coordinated care, shared success.
Founded in 2016 by community pediatric providers, University of Colorado School of Medicine practitioners and Children’s Hospital Colorado, the Pediatric Care Network aims to improve quality and outcomes, and manage cost of care.
We are the largest clinically integrated network dedicated exclusively to kids in the state of Colorado. We are mutually accountable to each other and to the community and families we serve by enhancing the health and well-being of children. We accomplish this by establishing and adhering to standards of care, coordinating care effectively and using data and analytics to evaluate our outcomes.

Why did we create a pediatric clinically integrated network?
Provider members won't have to choose between multiple networks or contracts, and won't lose access to patients in other networks. We'll work with other networks to coordinate with payers, developing contracts that enable access for all patients to providers.
Stay autonomous in an ever-changing marketplace, while benefiting from the learning and collaboration of more than 1,400 pediatric primary care providers and specialists, with Children’s Hospital Colorado.
Build robust community partnerships
We strive to create better outcomes, lower costs, and improve patient and clinician experience. We will simplify and streamline our relationships with community partners to make it easier to provide the right care at the right time at the right place.
Elevate quality, lower cost
There is an increasing focus on value and patient experience, as well as increased economic pressures to reduce the total cost of care. Our opportunity is to define “value” in value-based care with pediatric-specific metrics that indicate value for our patients and families.
Unified data and analytics platform
We’re using technology to raise the standard of healthcare through an integrated data and reporting platform. This allows for integration from multiple data sources to analyze and compare quality and financial reports that improve patient care and reduce cost.
The Network offers payer partners (Commercial and Medicaid) a comprehensive and accessible network through value-based arrangements. The Network enables members to thrive in any contracting environment.
